Margaret E. Mishler Short was born on April 4, 1941 and passed away on December 6, 1993.
Memorial services were held at the First Presbyterian Church in Waterloo, Iowa on Thursday, December 9, 1993 at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. L. John Gable officiating.
Interment was at Riverview Cemetery in Marshalltown.

Jack Gooding
Margie Mishler was the girlfriend and then wife of my high school friend Jim Short. She was the sweetest,kindest person you would ever want to know. They were married in the early sixties and had a son. It was shortly after that it was discovered she had ( I believe MS) and suffered a long and painful demise in a nursing home. There is no justice in the world sometimes. Jim
