Gloria Giannetto Hines

Since graduating I was married in Apr. 1963.
Between 1963 and 1979 I had four beautiful children, moved 16 times, lived in 5 different states, took four children to Europe in 1972 and was in Belgium for three years. I traveled to Germany,France, Switzerland, Holland, Italy and London England.
After finally moving to Solon, Ohio in 1978 we finally ended our search for the perfect place to live. We did move one more time to the country which I've wanted for many years.My passion my horses, greyhounds,grandkids Dave and living in the good ole country

Sept. 18, 2015. Alot has been going on in the Hines family the past couple of years. I'v finally went PRN at my position at Arden Courts in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.My anniversary on my job was in August 2015, 12 dedicated years taking care of Alzheimer /dementia residents. Probably the most gratifying position I've ever had the privilege to get involved in.
We still haven't sold our home, the market is really tough. Will probably take it off the market until next spring.
Dave and I celebrated 52 yrs. of marital bliss. It will be 53 years Apr. 21, 2016.
I will be celebrating my 74th birthday Sept. 22. Still riding my horses and doing all of the things I love to do but just a little bit slower.I guess the thing that makes me feel older is my kids are all in their mid 40's and my oldest will be 51 in January.
Had to have a Stint put in my heart in May. Had a 80% blockage in my ascending artery. It was just a stroke of luck that they finally found the problem. They kept me 7 days in the hospital,(I called it my spa week) .
My Dr. wouldn't release me, he said he couldn't find a reason and wouldn't let me out until he did. He saved my life.
I lost one of my wonderful greyhounds BoBo, a great therapy dog. He was a regular at Arden Courts.
All of our children and grand children are doing fine. Dave is still working and refuses to retire.
