Rodger Watson

Rodger Watson

Rodger did not want a public obituary. As of this week we had only contacted those closest to him of his passing. As his passing as been very difficult for us for he has been my youngest sister and I only parent for the last several decades. Rodger passed away during daylight on April 27th with the youngest sister and I right by his side. I’m so grateful to God for giving him a quick, peaceful passing, and with his girls that he had only hoped for:-) My father was a very unique person and he stood out everywhere we went..LoL.. He could talk to anyone and had the greatest stories. He lived his life to the fullest and with no regrets. And that is how Rodger wants everyone to remember him. I hope in my lifetime I can say the same:-) We heard so many stories at the reunion and he seemed to be a bit of a rebel..LoL..We loved hearing everyone’s stories of dad. Thank you for sharing them with us. He will be deeply missed. Daughter Alisha

Do you guys (all 59 classmates) remember the "rumble" in front of the Y between Roger and  my brother Ron and Dennis Paul?  It was pretty special......police envolvement, and lots of excitement.   Did you know that as soon as it was over the three of them bonded, and were very close friends the rest of their lives.  That occurred because of mutual respect.

I especially remember Roger at our 50th reunion.  He was so full of love for all of his classmates, and so very happy to share us with his two beautiful daughters.

Roger was very special, and will remain in all of our hearts.
